The title of this article does not contain any figurative expressions or contrasting approach between phrases, words, and terms, but rather embodies the reality of our situation in the Arab region.

The reality of defeated Arab regimes from within is the most accurate and profound rhetorical image, surpassing any linguistic ability to depict a more accurate portrayal than what exists in reality. It is a reality that equals eloquence and expression in language. In truth, the rulers of these regimes are incidental and transient to the meaning of dignity, ethics, and human values, which is a tragedy in our relationship with them. They are rulers who imposed themselves on the people by force and coercion and by relying on foreign powers within the equation of "historical despotism" that has surrounded us with oppression for more than six decades, since the establishment of the "independent" nation-state and nationalism until the complete subjection of these political regimes to Zionistization and their subordination to colonialist Western powers and the Zionist entity.

Yes, there is an Arab nation and Arab peoples, but there is no Arab political system that reflects the aspirations and ambitions of these peoples. Instead, there are regimes that are subservient and later become under Zionist influence, working against the will and interests of their people. This is evident on the ground with these regimes, which have surrendered and pawned the will and interests of their people to Western colonialism and the Zionist entity.

The state of South Africa 'Arabia', though not an Arab state but we call it Arabia for it's supportive stance towards Palestine in contrast to Arab states that have relinquished their political and national roles, has placed the so-called Arab political regimes and the 'Hebrew' Arab League in the dilemma of their moral and humanitarian crisis, preceding their political, national, and humanitarian crises.

Today, South Africa is the one that made “the world speak with the Arabic tongue” in a resistant Palestinian dialect. It is the one that reminds the "Arab League" of the origins and rules of the Arabic political liberation language and the seas of the resistant Arabic poetry after its Zionism made it forget the Arabic alphabet.  South Africa, through its stances, gives Arabic words their liberating and resistant meanings, and here lies the crisis of the regimes and the League, which are falsely and slanderously affiliated with the Arabs and the Arab world. Their moral and humanitarian crisis lies in their silence when witnessing genocide and war against humanity, failing to even utter a word of "no" or at least announce the suspension of diplomatic and political relations with the Zionist entity. Further, they failed to utilize the many pressure cards at their disposal, which could have halted the genocide within hours.

Actually, Netanyahu dared and said at the beginning of the war: "Don't talk to me about humanity or international laws," and that "Palestinians must be killed wherever they are found." Moreover, the Minister of War of the Zionist entity said on television: "We will cut off water, medicine, electricity, food, and fuel from the Palestinians," calling them "human animals." This in itself is an explicit declaration of genocide, and it is one of the terms and facts that South Africa relied on in raising the case of genocide before the International Court of Justice. Neither the 'Hebrew' Arab League nor the Arab 'Zionist' regimes uttered a single word of truth against the Zionist entity, except for diplomatic rounds to appeal to the world's countries for a stance, a stance that is in their hands, subject to their discretion, but they are not with this allegiance nor with this national Arab political resistance option.

“South Africa has become a source of inspiration for ethical values and humanitarian meaning, contrasting with the regrettable stance of the Arab 'Zionist' regimes and the 'Hebrew' Arab League, which have become sources of shame and dishonor for all Arab peoples.”

Today, South Africa is speaking on behalf of the Arab tongue, after the Arab League and Arab regimes have forgotten the Arabic alphabet.

On the other hand, Chile and Mexico are filing lawsuits before the International Criminal Court against the President of the Zionist entity, putting him in a critical position as he attends the 'Zionist' Davos Summit. Meanwhile, no Arab country has taken action in this direction, at least to uphold their personal dignity as rulers, because fundamentally they lack national and ethnic dignity. Thus, those who lose their dignity at this national and ethnic level, I don't believe they can retain their personal dignity.

Thus, South Africa has become a source of inspiration for ethical values and humanitarian meaning, contrasting with the regrettable stance of the 'Zionist' Arab regimes and the 'Hebrew' Arab League, which have become sources of shame and dishonor for all Arab peoples.

South Africa 'Arabia', with political support from Algeria, has single-handedly carried the "Arab" burden, defending the most sacred Arab and humanitarian cause: the Palestinian issue. This cause endures a complex state of genocide, war against humanity, ethnic cleansing, forced displacement, and starvation leading to death, all captured vividly on television screens for the world to witness.

The bodies cover the streets, gnawed by dogs and cats, yet the American administration does not see evidence of genocide, and the Arab regimes do not see anything worthy of pressing to stop the genocide against the Palestinian people! So, "the blood in the streets,' as Pablo Neruda said."

South Africa did not just advocate for Palestinian blood and stand against the genocide politically, but rather prepared itself for a challenging legal confrontation by presenting itself as a defense attorney for the Palestinian cause at the highest level of legal professionalism. With deep awareness, understanding, and unwavering faith in the justice of the Palestinian cause, its defense lawyers represented it in a manner that astonished the world with their steadfastness and the realistic and profound legal details, encompassing the brief in over eighty-four pages, along with numerous documented files, including photos and videos, attached or annexed to the legal claim. They presented it as if defending themselves, their people, just as they once defended with arms before their independence against the colonial apartheid regime in South Africa. Thus, South Africa has devoted itself to the task of condemning the Zionist entity in its genocide against the Palestinian people.

As for the Arab regimes and the 'Hebrew' Arab League, they turned a blind eye; they devoted their attention only to watching the trial as if it were a mere theatrical performance that did not concern them. Meanwhile, South Africa stood alone, facing political and media onslaughts and even racist insults from all colonial Western countries and the Zionist entity.

Absolutely, the trial itself is a monumental and exceptional act, as it has placed and dragged the Zionist entity into the dock, regardless of the trial's outcomes and final verdict.

The leaders of South Africa were aware of the risks and challenges of such a legal and political step, but they insisted on taking it because their will and decision are in their hands, unlike the 'Hebrew' Arab League and the 'Zionist' Arab regimes. Therefore, the President of South Africa (Cyril Ramaphosa) said: "While our lawyers were defending our case in The Hague—notice his words: "defending our case"—I never felt the pride I feel today. The step we have taken is fraught with risks, as we are a small country with a small economy, and they may attack us, but we will remain steadfast and committed to our principles. We will not be truly free until the Palestinian people are also liberated."

This is how the free leaders speak in the language of Arab, African, and human freedom, the language of great leaders who respect themselves, their peoples, and their countries. In this context, I recall the words of the heroic President Houari Boumediene: "We are with Palestine, whether it's oppressed or oppressor," which is a figurative expression of exaggeration in standing with the Palestinian Cause. As for our rulers and the "Arab League," now turned "Hebrew," their actions speak for themselves: "We are against the oppressed Palestinians; we stand against them as they endure a war of genocide," after the League transformed from being Arab to "Hebrew," forgetting the texts of the Arab League Charter regarding joint Arab defense.

South Africa, which has taken upon itself the defense of the Palestinian Cause, which is fundamentally an Arab issue, and speaks, writes, and advocates on behalf of the Arab peoples at the International Court of Justice, faces, politically, media-wise, and ideologically, a racist discourse containing implicit and explicit threats and warnings due to its support for the Palestinian Cause. This support prompted the extremist and racist, Nazi German Chancellor, who is supporting the Zionist entity, to harshly criticize South Africa for describing what is happening in Palestine as a genocide and for carrying the banner of legal defense for the Palestinian Cause before the highest and most prestigious international court in the world.

Today, all political, ideological, and media criticism from colonial Western countries and the Zionist entity is directed against the state, government, and people of South Africa. This criticism has the potential to escalate into economic sanctions or economic blockade, all while the Arab political entities aligned with Zionist interests, and the Arab League, colloquially referred to as the "Hebrew" Arab League, remain conspicuously absent in offering tangible support. Further, this is if there are no Arab countries working politically and media-wise against South Africa, exacerbated by their portrayal of South Africa as sympathizing with and siding with Palestinian terrorism, specifically in the form of Hamas.

“The 'Zionist' Arab political regimes and the 'Hebrew' Arab League are not outside the context of Palestinian resistance action; rather, they stand firmly against the Palestinian liberation resistance movement at every turn. They are not mere bystanders to the genocidal war; rather, some actively involved with arms, financial backing, and political and media support, with the UAE serving as a glaring example.”

The President of South Africa, known for his humanitarian principles, has openly accused the Zionist entity of committing genocide against the Palestinian people on multiple occasions. In stark contrast, Arab leaders who have engaged in normalization with the Zionist entity have refrained from taking decisive action to support South Africa. They have not dared, not to file legal claims in support of South Africa but even to prohibit Israeli aircraft from flying over their airspace, such as Saudi Arabia. Furthermore, they have not even severed diplomatic and political ties, as some Latin American countries such as Bolivia, Chile, Mexico, Venezuela, and Colombia have done. These so-called Arab leaders have failed even to send delegations of politicians and legal experts to assist South Africa, which stands alone, beset by accusations, and subject to political and media pressure.

As a matter of fact, the 'Zionist' Arab political regimes and the 'Hebrew' Arab League are not outside the context of Palestinian resistance action; rather, they stand firmly against the Palestinian liberation resistance movement at every turn. They are not mere bystanders to the genocidal war; rather, some actively involved with arms, financial backing, and political and media support, with the UAE serving as a glaring example.

Consequently, South Africa has not only placed the 'Hebrew' Arab League in a political and moral dilemma but has also put the entire global order in a legal crisis, revealing its inability to uphold its resolutions and its failure in the test of ethical and humanitarian will.

The historical irony lies in the fact that the International Court of Justice was established to seek justice for Jews from the "German Nazi" regime and the massacres perpetrated by European countries against Jews worldwide, in other words, against Western colonial imperialism. Yet today, the Zionist entity finds itself before the same court, accused by South Africa of committing the crime of genocide. Actually, it's the cunning of history, correcting and vindicating itself. Besides, South Africa is waging a legal and judicial battle on behalf of all Arab political regimes that have relinquished their political and national roles. The Arab League, which has transformed into a league speaking Hebrew with a feeble, confused, and cowardly Arabic rhetoric, has lost the political Arabic language of its essence and emptied words and phrases of their Arabic content spoken by the Arab land, whose flag and identity are carried by the oppressed Arab human.

The common denominator between South Africa and the Palestinian people is that they both suffered from racial cleansing "apartheid" and from Western colonial occupation. South Africa liberated itself through resistance in all its political, armed, and legal forms. Today, there are no people in the world except the Palestinian people living under occupation and apartheid, whose land is occupied by settlers brought from all corners of the European world, including the Arab world. This inhumane reality, from genocide to forced displacement to starvation warfare, is what has united and brought together South Africa with the Palestinian people.

It is the unity of the human Cause; hence the first testament of South Africa's first president (Nelson Mandela) to his people and leaders was that "our freedom is incomplete without the freedom, self-determination, and independence of the Palestinian people."

The significance of South Africa's legal action lies in the fact that it comes from a country that recognizes the state of Israel, maintains diplomatic relations with it, and is a signatory to the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide. It's from a country that is not historically an enemy of the Zionist entity; rather, it has attempted through dialogue to reach political and legal solutions in accordance with international law, all of which the Zionist entity has rejected. Moreover, the fact that the lawsuit was filed by a credible and neutral state, with no prior hostility towards the Zionist entity, which has unsettled both the colonial West and the Zionist entity.

The question is: Couldn’t the Arab countries that have normalized relations with the Zionist entity and signed the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide have preceded or joined South Africa in filing a similar supportive lawsuit before the International Court of Justice or the International Criminal Court specialized in prosecuting individuals accused of committing genocide crimes?! The so-called "Arab League", and the political regimes falsely called the Arabs still have the opportunity to file cases before the International Criminal Court or the International Court of Justice.

In truth, South Africa came from the farthest corners of the world and from a different religion, nationality, language, and cultural history, to say to the Palestinians: "You are not alone, we are with you and alongside you." Consequently, this stance delivers a resounding blow to both the 'Hebrew' Arab League and the 'Zionist' Arab regimes.

Hence, if October 7th, 2023, revealed the weakness and impotence of the Arab political regimes and ushered the world into a new era of political and liberation history, then South Africa has exposed the last vestiges of the fig leaves that were covering the shame of the leaders of these Arab regimes, leaving them naked of any personal, national, or patriotic will or dignity. They are leaders devoid of any ethical traits and devoid of any semblance of human dignity.

Accordingly, we extend our greeting and acknowledgment to South Africa 'Arabia', which triumphed for the Palestinian people and for all Arabs, and shame on the so-called Arab League and the Arab regimes aligned with Zionism, which have betrayed the Palestinian Cause.‍
